Refund Policy

Overview
We want customers to be confident before using ShowMotion in production. If there is a problem with a purchase, contact us at info@eled.de.
Subscriptions
Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled for future billing periods. Access remains available until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise required by law or payment-provider rules.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Please include the buyer email address, purchase date, and reason for the request. Where Paddle is merchant of record, refunds may be handled through Paddle according to its checkout and billing process.
Technical issues
If a technical issue prevents activation or reasonable use, we will first try to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve it in a reasonable time, a refund may be offered.
Abuse and license misuse
Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of serial-number sharing, misuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of the license terms, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
