Software licenses

ShowMotion Pro licenses are issued as serial numbers for the buyer email address. A license may allow a defined number of activated computers. Device activations can be managed through the ShowMotion license portal.

Subscriptions and payments

Monthly and yearly licenses are planned as recurring subscriptions. Lifetime licenses are planned as one-time purchases. Online payments, tax calculation, invoicing, and payment-related customer communication may be processed by Paddle as merchant of record.

Use of the software

The software may be used only in accordance with the purchased license terms. Resale, unauthorized sharing of serial numbers, circumvention of activation checks, or reverse engineering beyond legally mandatory rights is not permitted.

Availability and changes

We may improve, update, rename, or discontinue features as the product develops. Public beta or demo versions may change more frequently than stable production releases.

Liability

ShowMotion is a professional media tool. Users are responsible for testing their production setup before live use. Mandatory statutory liability rights remain unaffected.
